Fully expect Everton to do all the dark arts, even worse than the barcodes. At that point Milner makes sense in the midfield, though hopefully we build a decent lead and bring a youngster on for him on the 60-70min mark.
Darwin to start. He will terrify them, and Salah will also get more space with Darwin on the pitch. There were signs they were also playing close together and looking for each other too, so I’m looking forward to seeing that develop.
Hopefully a good performance, an easier win than most expect, and a clean sheet.

Well well well seems like this forum is not an artistic desert after all. At least someone has a sense of artistic interpretation, albeit very little.
I didn’t want to go overboard, but I assumed the flying pig imagery was a reflection of the probability of an Everton win, with the 9-0 just being some sort of Absurdist statement?

Interpret how you like. Some has said that 0-0 are the pig noses like lampard nose so 9-0 is just a little hair sticking out from his nostril. I love art.

I assume Klopp will make Nunez earn his way back to the starting XI, so I think Bobby gets the start. But I think Nunez will come off the bench and really show his quality.

I think the same starting XI, bar Henderson, against SaudiCastle will start today as well. Though I feel Tsimikas should start.

I hope Nunez starts over Firmino personally. He’s a much more dangerous forward, and in the few minutes we’ve seen of Nunez in this team we’ve created a hatful of chances.
I understand why many might want Firmino to start, but Nunez is a much bigger threat to deal with.

Maybe Klopp will do as you say but honestly to put a player who has scored in the last 2 matches on the bench immediately does not seem what Klopp will do unless he thinks Firmino needs to be rested for Napoli. I think he will put on bench who he thinks is suited to start vs Napoli.

The team is more important than the individual.
Firmino had a good game against Newcastle but the attack as a unit was dreadful again for most of the game, just like Fulham and United we didn’t start creating until substitutes were made.
If we’re going to persist with Salah and Diaz as wide as they are Nunez is a much better option than Firmino for the 9 role.

100% Firmino has also played 3 games in a short space, Nunez is fresh… One of our biggest problems has been tired legs… Get some energy in there.
I can tell you what Coady, Tarkowski etc. Don’t want… And thats a big physical fucker who can run at pace behind them making them turn all game.

I still have a hard time reconciling just how Lampard ended up at Everton and was welcomed with open arms. He clearly hates the City and it was nothing more than an opportunistic move for him when his Premier League career looked like it might already be over.
Hopefully we spank these twats today , their fans start baying for blood , and Fat Frank is sent on his merry way.
