Feel like it made initial sense with a small pitch and Bobby good close control but he’s been poor
Hopefully fulham will run out of steam next half
That’s all we tried early but Fulham kept winning possession.
But he was passive he never stayed strong and protected the ball from the attacking player, he had no idea what to do but he needed to get strong and up earlier
we all have seen this half before, oh well
this will be a long season

As a full back he isnt really expected to. Bu his job is to make it a LOT harder for the attacker to get over him and get good contact. If he’s in the air and jumping backwards Mitrovic cannot use him like that.

Trent should’ve done more to make the header difficult…
Bobby has been neutralized somewhat… He’s being forced into the midfield areas and salah / Diaz aren’t getting forward enough.
Need to give Darwin enough time in the second half.

Looks like the players have come here with the same expectations as a lot of the fans, that we will swat them aside with ease.
Been anythjng but that in the first half. Fulham showing a lot more urgency. Hope we wake the fuck up in the second half.
