Pre- and In-Match | Liverpool v Newcastle United | PL Match Day 17 | Thursday 16th December 20:00h | Anfield

I dunno then maybe they sneezed all over Jurgen’s dinner?

I imagine suspected means confirmed in this instance.
BTW fast track PCR? Not sure about efficacy or value in that?

Biograd offer a PCR test with a guaranteed result within 6 hours…I got mine much quicker

Perhaps doesn’t want to mix groups because of the covid situation?

WHAT?
No VVD or Fabs, what is Klopp doing to me. I hope Matips cotton wool holds up.

Cotton wool??? This is Joel Matip the bionic giraffe!

I hope we’re not distracted by off field events

Maybe Newcastle won’t get near us just in case and considering we will have the ball mostly that could be useful

Other teams lose players to positive Covid tests, their games are postponed, we lose three players and are forced to play.

We didn’t ask for a postponement apparently, I do wonder if we feel we won’t play again for a while and want to get this done tonight.

Club didn’t request the game to be postponed. Probably worried fixture congestion would be a bigger issue than playing a slightly weakened side.

Was thinking the same.

Noooooo.

Last manager to beat us in December 33 games ago….Eddie Howe Bournemouth 4-3

Hope we score a few in the first half.

With Wilson and Willock they have two good players on bench.

For some reason, your “I know loads of people” statement made me think of this:

PCR tests are a lot more accurate than the rapid antigen tests. The PCR tests that we have take 20 minutes to run

Strangely had a pattern since of scoring 3 or 4 against them in the December fixture

I might be wrong, but it might be a covid bubble type thing. Keep the first team squad isolated from every other level with the jump in numbers.

Where are you with the rapid PCRs?

I’m in favor of them.
