Yeah, we are getting bullied and they should probably have been 2 up. So far we are lucky it’s just 1 
This is almost a bit shameful. It’s okay that Manchester United is playing really well, but we are no where ready for them and we are getting outmaneuvered and bullied and just beaten completely.

The issue is how wide we are. Salah and Diaz hug the touchline, Elliott and Milner get high and wide, the wing backs are obviously very high and wide. Then you’re asking van Dijk, Gomez and Henderson to defend about 60-70 yards of the pitch on their own with no cover.
Just need to get a bit narrower, get Salah and Diaz closer together would be a good start.

It’s baffling, the shape allows space wide for that kind of thing, but it is consistently right down the middle.
Can we re-start the season again ?
We are awful. I don’t know what is wrong with Trent, three games now and he hasn’t been great?

Diaz needs to be through the middle where he can hurt United.
Get Carvalho or Tsimikas on for Firmino. We don’t need a number 9 picking the ball up off our centre backs.

Our midfield is depleted as fuck. That goes a long way to explain the lack of cohesion in our game. And we haven’t Mané anymore, which can explain a lot. We lack his energy and aggressiveness.

drives me nuts how Mo stalls on the ball now and allows two defenders to get position on him.
completely nullifies any advantage his quickness would give him. I wanted Mane to stay over him and his performances are reinforcing it.
Yeah! We’ll just stick Fab and Carvalho in the middle and we’ll be grand.

I don’t think so. It’s the injuries compounded with too many changes in the line up that’s affecting our gameplay.
