I feel we need young legs in midfield that also have both tenacity and technical ability
We haven’t have got a great back up to compensate the injuries. Our midfield has never been dynamic. We need to strengthen in quality now. Man City’s midfield A+, ours is C-.

The problem is probably the lack of consistency. The center back pairing has been diffenre tin all three games so far. The midfield has been reshuffled every time due to injuries. Even our attacking line-up hasn’t been the same. No consistency at all, and that is difficult right at the start of a season.

Serious questions to be asked of Klopp tonight. I understand he was restricted in his squad selection, but the tactics seemed all wrong, and there’s been little or no desire in the team to win. Leaving Milner on beyond the first half is a travesty.

At least I know it’s safe to transfer my two Liverpool FPL assets until the injuries ease up. What a shame.
^This. I think our team seems to have been OK with the frustrating draws, whereas United have clearly come on today with a purpose. We seemed to have lacked that purpose.
