It honestly didn’t look malicious in the slightest to me. But still a red for dangerous play imo.

Missed the challenge on Elliott. Dont want to watch it as I know it’s terrible. What was the injury? How long will it take for the kid to recover? I saw him clapping his hands when leaving, so is there a chance it’s not serious but everyone looked shocked?

I’ve said before that I don’t mind at all this new guidelines to play on for “soft fouls”.
But when it’s a proper foul, the ref needs to clamp down.
