Jackson has been pretty impressive for them in pre season. Absolutely rapid playing on the shoulder of the last man. Other than that threat I’m not overly worried despite our poor recent defensive efforts.
Should break the recent streak of 0-0s anyway. Could see us taking it 3-1.
Did Klopp say anything about injuries?
Nope.
Vinny didn’t give him the chance, soon as Klopp sat down he was on him about Caicedo…then it was onto the unknown on Chelsea + Poch bit said on Nkunku…then it was a fairly long winded answer around all the additional stoppage time we’re seeing before closing off again on the Caicedo deal and his previous comments on 100m+ players.
Hope we don’t get the match day surprise one.

Weren’t Thiago and Baj the only 2 who didn’t partake in pre-season from the squad (exc. Nat) and I believe both have since returned to training.
For the first time in forever feels like we’re finally heading into a season with a relatively fresh bill of health…then again we don’t have the likes of Ox or Naby anymore to cringe when the inevitable comes.

I think the only ones who have missed training this week was Bradley and someone else on the fringes, I believe Thiago and Bajectic were back. (Darwin missed it for some media thing, possibly the kit as he seems to have done some solo shots).
