When you watch quality midfield players they always have a look around them as the pass is coming their way. Thiago does that,plays with his head up and constantly having a look what the option is BEFORE he gets the ball.

I always rste gini because of his work rate.
He does a lot of quick recycling and tracking.

I agree, and Hendo… But its not needed in games like this, what you need is players like Shaqiri who look forward 1st. Hopefully an eye opener for Jürgen that there are options who will help.
