Mostly to see if the ball has crossed the line or not. Useful for such situations. And some feisty tackles that ref would otherwise not spot etc. But the “Clear and Obvious” wording is making it so it has limited utility.

Three times Burnley stopped the counter with a take one for the team foul. One yellow to Berge, and none on the other two.

Need to play with nous in the second. To pull a cliche out, at the end of the day, a 1-0 win is fine.
Can’t see Burnley being that passive in the second, especially if it stays just a goal in it. They’ll start to push late on if that’s the case.
My comment earlier also mentioned this and it seemed, on replays, he blew after it went in.
Most happy to see Cody so industrious as a link between midfield and forward. Not everything worked, of course, but if he could learn that Bobby role…PHWOAR!!!
