Honestly reminds me of the Barcelona game, where pretty much everyone was like “nah” but the team believed when no one else did — as good as we were last year, I maintain the opinion that we wouldn’t have a PL title if we didn’t win the CL in 2019. Strength in the face of adversity!

That’s good to hear. He’s been unlucky with injuries and has struggled for fitness but I hope that will give him the impetus to kick on. Sometimes all you need is a turning point.

I didn’t believe it would happen, and as someone who didn’t say “we’re gonna win the League” last year until the 90th minute of Chelsea vs. Man City, I am a firm believer that it ain’t over until it’s over. The win at Old Trafford flipped everything on its head.

hope sean douche gets fired because of his shit fuck all tactics…

disappointed really , liverpool should have easily slotted in 3 more goals

In fairness to Dyche he has done a fantastic job there.

Burnley are a club who in all reality have no business being in the PL - Dyche has done a fantastic job and the tactics are in keeping with the players he has at his disposal

Nah , Nope… I don’t like the douchebag. Let him go fuck off to the footballing wilderness

Whether you like him or not he has done a good job and probably falls into the category of a manager who deserves a chance at a club the next level up.

Agreed here. I know he rubs a lot of our supporters the wrong way but what Dyche has done at Burnley, with pennies for a budget, has been exceptional.

I’d like to see how ‘Pep the Professor’ would cope at Burnley.

I totally agree with his spending it is amazing that they are still in the Premier league and they are paying the wages of my Niece’s husband Jack Cork and thanks Jack for letting Bobby in to score the 1st :slightly_smiling_face:

Win at ManU was like a flare shot into the cold dark night from a listing ship followed by the power coming back on and the engines firing up again slowly

and someone who will fail in that experiment.

Sam Allardyce ring a bell ?

A lot of managers do. However they should still get the chance

Be that as it may he still is one of the most unpleasant managers in the league.

To do exactly what?

For me this is not football…this is not why millions across the globe follow the game.

Neanderthal football…

Have to say I disagree. I thought Burnley played really well and especially first half. Their high press was superb. They had our defenders pinned in the last third at times and looking really uncomfortable. Someone said they played hoof ball. Well so did we at times. How many times in the first half was the ball launched at Salah in the hope he might get on the end of it.

I actually admire Sean Dyche and what he has achieved at Burnley, getting them up there and keeping them there. I like his feisty attitude and the fact he takes no crap from the Sky 6. He is no respecter of reputations and why the hell should he be…Good on you Sean.
