Yeah, true.
Just before the Everton goal. Richarlison handled, ref thought okay no card, which i suppose is understandable. But then Richrlison walks away holding hte ball to let them all back in postion, and the useless ref just stands there panting and looking at him.
Then the goal came a few secs later.
