Liverpool might have been hard done by through the first VAR intervention for handball but they benefitted this time.
Again it was the different interpretation between uefa and the Premier League.
In England the tug on Wirtz’s shirt would have been seen as fleeting, or inconsequential. In the Champions League it’s enough for a VAR penalty.
In the Premier League the way Wirtz went down would have been taken into consideration too.
What was it they were saying unbeaten in 3 years at home in Europe?

And that is what is wrong with the Prem and the idiot pundits, a shirt pull is a deliberate action and in the laws of the game it doesn’t say how long for or how hard.
The only way to stop it is to penalise it.
I ain’t a dirty player but any anytime the oppostion pulls my shirt my elbows come up, fucking despise it.
