Pre Match. Ipswich Town vs Liverpool. PL Match 3. Friday 4th September. 2000 hrs

The best thing about the second goal was it was his second movement. He showed for the ball and didnt get it, so reset and immediately offered another angle. It doesnt require a lot of running, but it requires being mentall switched on an eager. Even ignoring the goal, it’s an enormous improvement on the last games from him already just to be showing for it the way he has

Macca late getting to Enciso on that press

It’s a bit 100 miles an hour!

Not beaten Manes hat trick time, still a waste of money :winking_face_with_tongue:

Good start so far

Barcola looking a bit worried there, “Uh gaffa, how am I supposed to get in this team…you told me Gakpo wasn’t that good”

Brilliant run but should have passed earlier to Isak

Didn’t know that Ispwich has spent 200 million pounds approx.

Getting a bit open. Just need to be careful here but good start.

Ipswich are shite and we have cruised so far. Good stuff.

Munoz is rapid, i would have preferred he passed the ball there to create a chance for another player with the attention he was attracting.

Come on Flo, got to do better there.

Shoot flo

So glad we kept Gakpo.
We’ve really found one in Munoz.

Where’s all the Gakpo haters now? I’m glad he stayed.
