Pre Match - Leicester v Liverpool - 20th April 2025 (Away) - 4.30pm - PL Match Day 33

We all know you were hoping that things wouldn’t go well this season. Its clear that you thrive on negativity and at every opportunity you seem to want and try and belittle the success.

Its probably best you give the forum a rest till August.

@mattyhurst, you’d better fix that. Whilst you are at it, put the timezone in. Go on. I dare you…

We going to struggle more than the thread title.

The thread title says Liverpool v Leicester which is incorrect, it’s Leicester v Liverpool. Sorry matty.

We probably make them look like a really good team for 45 minutes then fight back and get the winner in injury time.

Gosh, are we that predictable?

No we are first they are second….last

Gakpo been poor as well.

Itll be same 11 maybe Sozbo for Jones but id put diaz left, chiesa right and mo down middle. Wont happen though.

In that case, Slot would rather put Diaz or Chiesa down the middle. Mo stays where he is.

I’m sure that Arne and his team will know the personnel, tactics and formation to see us through this game. COYR YNWA :+1:

I heard Shankly say the very same thing on Monday. I went to see Red or Dead at the Royal Court. COYR YNWA :+1:

If Arsenal lose to Ipswich (they wont) and we beat Leicester…We will be crowned champions next Sunday

I can’t see that happening but I’d be pretty disappointed to see them hand us the title by dropping points before we play rather than us winning it on the pitch.

Think we need to focus on just winning and seeing what happens but feel like we’re owed a title clinching win in front of our own fans given the circumstances surrounding the last one.

I don’t think they will slip to Ipswich but that may depend on this week.

Sadly they play midweek before our Spurs tie so it’s got every chance so it might be nice if they win and we win and thus we get to win it on the 27th.

Up next the whipping boys, how many will we thrash them by?

I’d take a 1-0 “thrashing”.

Three points is all that matters.

I need us to win this one.
Just not enough football ATM so a bit tense about all this form stuff.
