Oh Mo.

Nice from Gakpo again.

Adams is having an incredible game. They are basically a man short in midfield but he’s still breaking up a good amount of our passing.

He’s my favorite American player by a long way

Should have played Szob in outside

mo held onto it for too long

It’s Mo, always only 1 thing on his mind in those instances.

Kicking is a bit extreme, just wheel him out.

Salah should have shot a second early or passed. We miss Gravenberch though.b

Fuck Mo…pass the ball

Ekitike tracking back nicely there. Love the effort.. Wirtz with his non stop movement as well.

Yes, liked him at Leeds but had a run of hamstring issues, looks like he’s over those issues, seems to be man-marking Flo

Exactly that. It’s not even hindsight. That move was being telegraphed to him and it was such an obvious pass to make. Terrible decision making in that instance from Mo.

Why are people surprised Mo’s done this ? It’s not the first time he made a terrible decision.

HT 1-0

The Good: Ekitike’s link up play and goal

The Bad: VAR creating it’s own narrative

And the Ugly: Alleged racism from someone in the crowd

Congratulations to Ekitike for being the first goal scorer for the league and the club for this season in his debut appearance for the club!

Good job Senesi wasn’t sent off or he’d not have been on the pitch for that lovely little lay off to Hugo.

Frimpong’s been very very good. Always where he should be regardless of attack or defense.

Ekitike’s been really lively.

Wirtz has been fine, needs a bit more of time with this team.

Kerkez’s been dreadful.

Macca’s rusty.

HT 1-0:

Bournemouth are no slouches these days. Our lads are making a reasonably good job so far at keeping them out, despite a few phases when we were too open again in midfield, and allowed them in with a simple vertical pass. While we haven’t created that much for ourselves, we still lead 1-0, thanks to Ekitike. Well done lad, good goal!

The second half is all about staying patient and waiting for Bournemouth to open up, then the chances to settle our win will come. Fingers crossed that our lads can take the three points home tonight!

A bit sloppy in possession at points that half. I forgive that from the new signings because they’re still getting up to PL speed, most of them, but Salah and Macca both had a couple of dodgy ones.

Not too fussed other than that, because it’ll take them a few weeks to get the patterns of play right.

Only other point: ban that racist dick in the crowd for life. Zero tolerance.

Questionable was the two-handed shove in the back, 10sec before the whistle.
