Good shouts on Kostas. He’s definitely showing he can be relied upon and deserves more starts. His crossing has been brilliant right from the first game this season and our attack does look more lethal from the left as well, which seems to be a tad missing last few games.
That ball from Trent for Jotas goal was the best cross from Trent in last couple of seasons.
I don’t mind if we keep shape in the second, and pass to death. Let it finish 2-0 without doing stupid things.
Ox for me had a good half, yes gave the ball away twice which is far less than both Mo and Jota. He at least is running beyond their midfield with the ball and committing players which today works far better as we have both Fab & Hendo able to cover.
Too many jump on the bandwagon and are just on his back whether he deserves it or not
ME?! What’d I do?!
No look red?
No. Not ‘upgrade’’. Red for a different offence. Either dissent or failing to cooperate with a match official.
I just fear it could be no more goals for that reason…
Then again - it’s absolutely delightfull to see Atletico’s shithousery firing back into their faces . Again.
Lol.
You know who I mean…
We need to get the 3rd goal, then take Mane off, before these twats get him sent off.
Would be good to see more of it including in league. Unfortunately PL referees won’t have balls to do something like this in a top game.
Well said about Ox
When Trent is on he has amazing disguise on his crosses. It looked like Jota was the only one who read that he was trying to bend it behind because you just cannot tell the line he’s looking at from his body position when he addresses the ball.
I don’t there are many teams, certainly not in the PL, that push the envelope the way Atletico does.
Let’s get rid of the ring master now…
Ox hasn’t been bad, but his decision making could really improve. Don’t know what he learnt from Gini all these years, fcking slow the game down at times if needed.
he is doing ok…tends to run into blind ally’s but he is doing alright
It’s amazing having two leftbacks we can trust. Come a long way from having Konchesky line up there
