I’ll never understand why fouls like that are never given as penalties. Just because he gets the shot off before the two footed scissor from behind doesn’t mean it isn’t a foul.

I dont get how that is not a penalty. Why do we pretend that youre allowed to take someone out after they’ve kicked the ball if its a shot. It doesnt matter that it had nothing to do with stopping his chance.
