Extra reason for Jones at RCM and not Thiago is because Jota is on the right. Plus, Thiago can help out Diaz language wise on the left side.

Question: I remember years ago managers were toying with winger swappings during the match. Left footed to the right wing for couple of attacks and vice versa.This isn’t happening anymore. Any idea why?

He was very much playing wide the early days under Rodgers…let’s not delude ourselves here the guy has been ineffective for the last 3 years.
We’ve been doing well to win the CL and PL with 10 men. Klopp’s a genius, although not clever enough to drop Bobby obviously.
