Think they gave it to Bruno already. What a penalty kicker.

It’s got to a point where these are just expected and doesn’t seem something different he’s done. Van Dijk levels standard, consistency and obvious what you’ll get from him.

I’m amazed by that half. Out of this world level all over the pitch. Fucking hell that is one hell of a half to follow

More than happy with 2:0 at half time. The key to coping with our defensive injuries appears to be not letting the ba in our own half. Oh, and possibly the finest own goal that you are likely to see all season.

Milly rolling back the years.

HT 2-0:

So far so good, and much better than I’d have expected before the match started. Our midfield is really at it. Jones, Keita and Gini do stellar work so far to keep the Leicester players in check and link defence and attack. Our defensive unit works very well too, bar maybe a slight lack of pace for Millie at times, when facing Justin (but he has started to adapt towards the end of the first half), and our front three is very alert and sharp. Everyone on our side looks surprisingly fresh, and the 2 nil is the minimum they deserve from that first half.

Hopefully the lads can keep their game at that level during the second half. If that is the case, there will be other chances for them to score goals and hopefully take the three points in style. Fingers crossed!

Milner has been outstanding. James Justin been trying to get past him all game, but only ends up with a yellow.

No surprises with Brendan’s setup, but he’ll have to be on the front foot to get back in the game. If just need to continue to play intelligently and now pick off Leicester in the second.

This is coming along nicely , isn’t it. Not gonna lie - I was a bit apprehensive , almost strained before the match , but somehow it has been a stable and mostly calm performance this far. Good.
May it last through the match and as far as I’m concerned right on through the ages to come :slightly_smiling_face:

The way Jota attacked that space. Wow! What a steal. Again!

Is Evans related to Sandy Brown… Just asking is all :joy: :joy:

Very good first half performance. Not a duff performance between them but Gini seems to have been a bit quiet. Curtis maturing nicely into a quality Mid fielder.

Matip is a fantastic player, we have to rest him in midweek.

Have to say as far as players who have never played for us but I would have loved us to have signed and it been a realistic thing I would have loved to have seen Vardy play for us.

He has “it”.Should I order a shirt or wait for the ballyhooed ecru?
