Pre-match: Liverpool v Southampton, Saturday 8th May, 20:15

Do we still shop at Southampton?

Yep and it’s good to see. Perhaps his over eagerness got the better of his judgement there.

Save your petrol bombs mate. He’s a good championship player

Really wish that was full time.

the right back kyle pieters

Playing very well tonight. If you’d told me we had signed him for 10 million I wouldn’t argue

The big question for the second half: can we actually score a second goal at home?

Well that was pretty dire…

Love him - but his standards are usually much higher. Really as a team our passing has been inconsistent at best.

Need too be more solid defensively in the second half and finish another one of the chances we are creating.

The short ones surely?

Don’t forget Alisson he’s a good lad so far.

By missing we’ll keep their hopes alive and we know what happens then …

So far so good. But can we hold on until the 95th minute this time, or even better, score a second?

Fingers crossed!

Alisson has been unreal, Salah has been unclinical, Rhys has been unfussy, and Friend has been unpleasant.

Boewhahahahahahahahaha

Unfriendly was right there

Mohamed Salah’s assist for Sadio Mané’s header was the first time the duo have combined for a goal in the Premier League this season, last doing so vs Crystal Palace in June 2020.
