Great football from our lads at times in the build-up, roughly 70% of possession, and some dangerous-looking moves. The goal is deserved, and the lead as well, but West Ham are far from being harmless themselves. While under the cosh, they try to create something everytime they have the opportunity. Antonio is giving our defence some headaches with his strength and pace. They also have some steel when they defend and are well organised.
So, it has been a good game to watch until now. Normally, the West Ham players should tire down during the second half (less possession = having to run after the ball). That might be the moment when our lads hopefully finish off the game, fingers crossed!

Getting into details, I haven’t read anyone else as I’ve been watching, but Mo is underhitting a lot of easy, short passes. He’s slightly off to my eye. I have form for calling him out and moaning about him, and then him scoring, so if that’s what happens, I’m claiming the assist!
West Ham are a decent side. Not a push over anymore but….on another day we’d be out of sight by now.
