I’d say Jota although Grujic has done well too. Nothing from Wilson, nor Mo for that matter.
I’ve never seen Salah so much out of a game as tonight. Whomever marks him holds him enclosed in his back-pocket since the beginning.

It is not the most riveting stuff, but Arsenal three years ago would not have been able to be this dogged defensively. Arteta appears to be building something, and it would not surprise me to see Arsenal beating their predictions this season.
