It might be technically correct - I donāt know. But if it was the other way around, or if United score it the goal would be given. Itās still subjective but instead of the ref and linesman making the decision, you have the video ref doing it.

I agree with you, mate. I donāt like these millimeter decisions that you canāt see without a a technical instrument. But it is what it is, and they have those instruments, and use them.
But while I was positive to the idea of VAR when it arrived, this is not a good implementation. When fans canāt see it, they get understandably angry.
If you have to get lines out thatās where I struggle with VAR.
