Excellent. Clean sheet against free scoring Brighton. They are a tidy side and should be threatening the European spots.

Update on wirtz injury?
Andoni Iraola, on Florian Wirtz’s injury
Speaking to Sky Sports, the boss said: “Unfortunately he had to leave the pitch with a small twist of the ankle. It doesn’t look very big but we are playing every three days so we need to see where he is.”
I don’t expect we see him in midweek but I’d have expected he wouldn’t anyhow maybe out of Arsenal on that but the suggestion every three days suggest it isn’t that serious.
I also think he had decided on the change prior to Wirtz coming back on and he did run about with no major effect. Better not to risk it currently.
