Rain forecast to start around 2/3 in sunny Wigan so hopefully the cricket will be abandoned by 4 and I can get home for the second half. One of those days when you need 3 x TVs.

Iām really nervous about this. It doesnāt help that Iām banned from watching. Why does it have to be Palace? Some nasty memories of past disappointments with that bunch. This season has been such a disappointment, I couldnāt take a last twist of the knife.
On the other hand, they are carp and we are Liverpool, so thereās thatā¦

Bittersweet day today being itās the last game of this season. You just know tears of joy will be shed by the lucky 10,000 who get to see our boys destroy Palace today. Iām looking forward to the kickoff of the 21/22 season with the high hopes that our injured boys will be back and in top form. This has been a heartbreaking season with injuries just gutting the Reds but they still showed heart by being in the top four. Iāve really, really missed VVD and canāt wait to see him take the field!
