The four goal lead over Leicester is really helpful, as any reasonable win for us means only a bizarre result in their match takes it from us.

Just hope we’re winning by a margin of 2 or 3 by the last ten minutes, mostly to avoid any last minute calamities of dropped points, but also to mean Leicester need 6 or 7 versus Spurs.

Bit worried about the ref, a Midlander, and the PL maybe wanting a sacrificial lamb after the Super League.

I’m sure the corrupt bastards would love Leicester to get in the top four at our expense.

Leicester isn’t beating Tottenham by 5 - I might worry about that if Jose was still there, but Kane is playing for a big transfer and they will be competitive.

Just need to win.

It’s going to be an interesting afternoon.

Palace can be tricky customers, but we should be able to beat them considering we’re on a decent run of form and we’re at home with the fans back in. With any luck, we can get an early goal and find a second one in the first half, ideally with either Chelsea or Leicester falling a goal behind.

I think the biggest thing in our favour is that both our rivals have tricky games on their hands and not “dead rubbers”.

Spurs will most likely need to win in order to get European football (which will help their managerial hunt) and they will also be desperate to finish ahead of Arsenal (who will likely beat Brighton). Add to that Kane is pushing for the Golden Boot.

For Chelsea, they have a Villa side playing at home in front of their fans and coming off the back of a good result during the week. I think Villa, with Jack back, will be really up for this game and will be desperate to end the season on a high. Chelsea will surely have to rest a handful of players that they don’t want to risk ahead of the CL final, so it’s possible they may just drop that 10% which could be costly.

Magic! Jota would be an option if things get sticky, and great to see Hendo fit again

Liverpool go with an unchanged line-up for this afternoon’s game, sticking with the same starting XI that defeated Burnley in midweek.

Jordan Henderson and Diogo Jota are named on the bench after recovering from injury.

Liverpool: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, R. Williams, Phillips, Robertson, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Thiago, Mane, Salah, Firmino.

Subs: Adrian, Milner, Henderson, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Jones, Jota, Tsimikas, Shaqiri, N. Williams.

Come on you Redmen!

Mane hattrick today would be nice

He’s had a tough season and it would be nice for him to finish it on a high

Come-on Sadio…don’t wear those slippy boots

Expecting Bobby to continue with his improving form and making a huge impact tonight. With fans back, he’s the one am most looking forward to!

So good to see Hendo return, although don’t see him being brought on as he doesn’t have any minutes recently under his belt. Jota is a huge boost, just hoping he’s not needed.

I am seeing this stupid goal rush as an option on the stream, I hope that doesn’t mean the game won’t be shown live and instead it’ll be a mix of the three games. I don’t care about the other two games except for the score.

Palace lineup for anyone interested… ( tumbleweed )
