Yes definitely.
Still, we played a good first half. Second half not so good until we scored.
VVD had a great game. The midfield three were good first half. Matip, Elliot and Nunez were good from the bench. Konate and Tsimikas weren’t great.
Now let the bench players take care of Toulouse.
Everton were poor, would be worried if I supported them lot

Pretty meh but points are all that matter.
Konate very lucky and Everton should be rightly pissed at the inconsistencies from another awful official.
Got the job done but made hard work of it. Crowd and atmosphere for a derby was very flat. Only so much you can blame that on the kick off time.
Onto the next one.
Playing against 10 men isn’t easy as they have no intent to atta k and just sit back and deny space, you just have to keep playing to make chances and to take them

Talking about the young red changing the game…as if it wasn’t the result of Everton spending 35 mins under pressure. It didn’t change the game, it was an event exactly in line with how the game was already going
