Pre Match | Liverpool vs Fulham | PL Matchday 32 | Saturday 11 April,17:30

Unfortunately, we have to go through this all once again.

Fulham at home this time - usually a game we look forward to. I saw a stat today;

Liverpool have failed to win any of the three Premier League matches against Fulham under Slot. They are the only side he hasn’t defeated.

Fortunately for me, I’m on a wine tasting with friends, so will not have to endure watching it - and I’ll be in the right place to drown my sorrows/celebrate success.

Hopefully none of the 5 at the back nonsense.

Isak brace please - not leg brace mind, two goals.

Look forward to?

Does anyone know Slots record against them? :grimacing:

The most important match of the season!
We are still in with a shout for 3rd place and if others mess up who knows? Even higher?
Still Fulham are tricky and we seem to prefer passing to the opposition rather than each other. So another possible big hurdle for Slot and his team.

We have to win this one and the match against Crystal Palace. We’ve got away games against Everton, United and Villa, and home games against Chelsea and Brentford still to come. :see_no_evil_monkey:

Referee: Anthony Taylor. Assistants: Gary Beswick, Blake Antrobus. Fourth official: Oli Langford. VAR: Stuart Attwell

1 goal scored and 8 conceded in the last 3 games.
If ever we needed a win and a good performance, it’s on Saturday.

Who’s excited for this one then?

This is more important than the PSG return game. Absolutely must win given our remaining PL fixtures.
I think we’ll draw or even lose. And it could turn ugly. It could be Slot’s “Hodgson for England” moment. By that I mean zero support for the team and a half empty stadium at the final whistle.
Not going to predict a line-up, that’s something you do when 8 or 9 are nailed-on starters. Not when barely anyone deserves a shirt.

Agreed, but our recent premier league outings have been characterised by a lot of players simply looking like they don’t give a shit.

One thing to take from the PSG game - and admittedly we’re talking crumbs here - is that the players didn’t immediately fall to pieces at 1-0. In recent games that’s been to cue for the floodgates to open.

We go again :raised_fist:

Well they shouldn’t be exhausted after their stroll for 90 minutes.

Nice news just before the game…Robbo’s leaving at the end of the season…take it it’s true…the good uns are going…
