Pre-Match: Liverpool vs Leicester, Kangaroo Cup third-round, September 27 Wednesday 19:45

What’s Bradley’s injury and when is he expected to be back?

He has a stress fracture in his back and early estimates where that he would be back after Christmas - but it’s hard to know with back injuries.

Should be an intriguing game, Leicester are probably better than the current bottom 3 in the PL, but with the upcoming games with Spurs and Brighton would fully expect a lineup similar to last mid-week vs LASK.

I’m actually interested to see more of Bajcetic at RB. In theory, he should be able to do some Trent-esque things in the role, with his passing range.

Plus, all the usual names of players who either need or deserve more minutes: Endo, Gravenberch, Harvey, Doak, Tsimikas (celebrate that new contract), etc.

Just hope it doesn’t go to PK’s, though it’s still a better option than extra time or a dreaded replay.

Both teams should be up for this one.

Another consideration for picking the squad tonight is that Liverpool U21s play Monaco at 7pm in the PL International Cup.

Not that we particularly care about that competition but I don’t think we are going to want to field a weak side against what will be a slightly older ‘B’ team for Monaco. Based on that I don;t think the periferal 1st team/U21 guys will be involved for the Leicester game - like Bobby Clark, Luke Chambers and James McConnell.

It doesn’t really effect Ben Doak or Jarrell Quansah though as they won’t be playing very much U21 football this season eitherway.

Just seen this suggested lineup on twitter

Kelleher

Bajcetic
Gomez
Quansah
Kostas

Gravenberch
Jones
Endo

Gakpo
Jota
Elliot

Thoughts?

The not starting against Spurs team?

I’m seeing this advertised in De and AT for 3,49€ on onefootball.com. has anyone used this before? Can you cast the games?

Yeah, expected Konate to be in too.

Wind is starting to pick up here, might be difficult conditions by the time the match kicks off.

I’ve used the UK version on Apple TV in the summer for the Norwegian games they were free mind.

Endo will probably go to right back.

Konate is in.

Solid team that, should win at home.

I’ve got this lined up on the telly out in the conservatory. Worth a shot for that price.

Haven’t checked but I doubt it will be on the UK version, if it is I’ll probably purchase it looking at our team.

Coady will be out to injure at least one of our squad then, I assume Bajectic is injured

Baj is on’t bench…

Strong bench as well :+1:just in case

It’s not on in the UK at all, is it? Seemingly emigrating greatly increased the number of our games I get to watch.
