IMO Jota felt contact and thought he couldnât cleanly get to the ball - but he probably couldâve readjusted and scored.
Harry Kane wouldnât have planted his left foot - so a pen would be there with no qualms in the sae situation.
Jota was in the halfway house. Can make a case either way.
Mac is a different gravy in that position to Endo on passing alone. Both effective in vastly different ways.

Not the best penalty tbh. But it would require a very good save to save it, but it is reachable. Not as bad as his first one of course, but perplexed this wasnât slotted in better, got to admit that. He should hit the goal better than this.
