“We don’t know who you are. We don’t know what you want. If you are looking for points, we can tell you we don’t have sympathy. But what we do have are a very particular set of skills, skills we have acquired over a very long history, skills that make us a nightmare for teams like you. If you forfeit three points now, that’ll be the end of it. We will not spank you. We will not humiliate you. But if you don’t, we will spank you, we will humiliate you, and we will destroy you” - Bryan Norbert Mills.
Come back, @GermanRed . All is forgiven.
Boooooo, 2 more games before he can even make the bench.
Referee: Chris Kavanagh. Assistants: Richard West, Matthew Wilkes. Fourth official: Matt Donohue. VAR: Andy Madley. Assistant VAR: Harry Lennard.
Ali Trent Matip Virgil Kostas Mac Szobo Grav Salah Nunez Diaz
A devastating performance and the 3 points.
Strangely have a 12-1 win record when he is charge.
1-1, again!
He’s the not-bald one, isn’t he? Only 10 points in the I-Spy book of PGMOL. Still waiting to see a woman or a black man but I think they’ve only put those in as a red herring.
Welcome home Divock.
I’m sure that Jürgen and his team will know the personnel, formation and tactics to see us through this game. COYR YNWA
I’d go with:
Trent Konate vDijk Tsimikas
Szoboszlai MacAllister Gravenberch
Salah Nunez Jota
This is the team I’d like to see, but I guess Konate will come in for Matip. Maybe one could make a case for Jota starting but I think Diaz and Nunez will start.
Let’s hope Konate and Tsimikas step up their game on Sunday after the rest yesterday. They weren’t great in the derby.
There’s the Cup of Cocoa game against Bournemouth to think about in midweek as well. I’d look at Jota starting that one and leave him as an option on the bench for this.
Played a full game so it’s likely it will be Diaz, Nunez and Salah.
Think they took Everton lightly and understandably so really. Forest are a better team and are much more threatening in attack so I’m sure we’ll be wary (not sure if Awoniyi is still missing for them).
Could be, but Konate hasn’t really impressed me this season. He need to step up his game. Otherwise Klopp should opt for Matip for the time being
Forest has been tough to beat in recent times. Our last three games against them:
Mar 22: Forest-Liverpool 0-1 FA Cup
Oct 22: Forest-Liverpool 1-0 PL
Apr 23: Liverpool-Forest 3-2 PL
We’ve also been utterly crap in two of those games and the other was a reserve side.
Do people want to lose so they can moan?
