I have to say, Fabinho is our weakest link at the moment. Needs to get in the game…slow start and far from positive. He’s put our defenders under pressure three times now

Depends on the category of the pyro. F1 is a grey area with no exact guidance and both smokes and flares are available as F1. Same category as Christmas crackers and party poppers. However more often they’re F2 and so illegal for discharging in public places (unless part of an organised pro display) as they’re basically garden fireworks with an 8m safety distance. I’d imagine that most of those were F1… F1 means very low risk and whilst possibly technically illegal, not going to land you in trouble unless used incorrectly.
I have seen flares on multiple occasions explode though. You won’t ever see me holding one. Believe it or not bangers are much safer (although highly illegal in the UK)
