First it was he struggled bc the defense.
Now it’s bc the forwards aren’t firing. For such a world class player the excuses from some of you are abundant.

Good night guys. There will be a next season, and we still can capture Top 4 this season, which would be impressive finish, considering our lackluster season overall.
So still some hope for a decent finish. But we are out of this competition, which shouldn’t really be a surprise to anyone considering the season.
But we will return and I for one, have still great faith in this team. But this season has sucked except for some novel games.
And honestly, considering the season, we have played very well this game, I have not that many complaints, our team isn’t better than this right now in this moment in time.

pretty much what has killed us all season… we have given it a go in a lot of games even against lesser opposition but no goals… final third play has cost us massively

The majority of our players played with belief. What we needed was conviction from the front three. None of them believed they could do it.

OOF. Liverpool looked really toothless in the attack. Mane and Salah wasted a lot of chances. Firmino was invisible. Why wasn’t Jota starting this game, he would have given us a better chance to score. In any case the only way to CL football now is to finish top 4. We’re only 3 points out of the top but LFC really needs to regain form in the Prem if they have ambitions to top 4 and attract the top players in the market this summer.
