He been playing in the Premier for what 5 years now? Yet somehow despite every person in this country knowing that Anthony Gordon dives on the slightest contact we have the referee giving him a foul every time.
Referees are still looking for “dives” by which they mean no contact and throwing themselves down but players have evolved well past that now - the new dive is to initiate contact and fall. Referees give it because “there was contact” but are too thick to understand that the foul is created by the attacking player not through defensive error.
