It wasn’t great before that. Just haven’t matched their intensity all night. We’re far too open at the back, and the midfield is all over the shop.

Slot has got the subs wrong. We needed an extra player in midfield, not another forward.

Slot needs to be so much better at 2-0. Plenty of capable players on that bench who could have came on and saw that game out.

Disappointing but very much deserved. I didn’t think this possible after the sucker punches we gave them. First goal, then red card, then beginning of the second half. That should have given us an insurmountable mental advantage and we “always” play better in the second half. It didn’t give us enough of an advantage.

Peculiar. Painful. We have to be self critical and I am sure Arne and the team will go over this game in lenght. But respect to newcastle. Very fucking impressive. Usually, draw would not feel so bad, but due to our advantage, it certainly does and should do.
But game is not over. We can still win. a bit worrisome though, they can too.

But instead of throwing shit at the individual lads, I prefer to laud Newcastle instead. Truly impressive by them.
