None of those losses have mattered in the big picture.
We’ve gone on to win 2 euopean cups and a uefa super cup, made it to another european cup final.

On the game, it’s one of those that we want to rotate, but a win is important too - increasing the chances of the last two league games being insignificant to our progress via the Top 8 - which would be right around the time we might be involved in the Semi’s of the League Cup and busy PL schedule.
Suspect we see a strong line up, therefore.

If we field a disjointed side and then start like we did against villareal then it could be a long night.
I think go strong and try to put it to bed, quieten then crowd IF possible. I don’t expect an easy game and bringing on first team regulars to give them a few minutes against lask.. didn’t work well. I say do the opposite of that 2nd half!

You’d think it was an FA cup game away to a non league side jusding by this thread. I don’t know much about the current Fernerbahce setup but it is a CL game and I’m sure they will be bang up for it.
