Said at the beginning, this team is in 4th and we are playing like they are 14th. This is what happens when not putting in 100%.
Salah has been totally ineffective. Same with Mane. Zero service into the front3 on the fly. They collect numbers behind the ball quickly and pack the box.
We have come across this problem for the past 3 years and for all of the success we have had, the low block is our nemesis. The players cannot figure it out, we will be stagnant at this level until we find a player who can break this down.
People like taking the piss out of Ronaldo, but this type of game is where he earns his paycheck.

I am not giving to on the league but we are too unstable to win that so far this season. We are a bit too easy to counter on .
And there Allison saved another beautiful West Ham counter. Offside, but still. West Ham much, much, much more lethal than us. They are countering us to death…
