We can pick the bones over it and say what was bad - and there was plenty of that.
But 2-0 away at the high flying barcodes, ending their 17 game unbeaten streak, and moving to within 6 pts of their top four spot, with a game in hand.
Hope is starting to return.
Oh, and let’s have a word for the new strikers. Nunez and Gakpo looking good. Can’t wait for Diaz to come back into the fray.
Far from perfect, but I for one will enjoy my evening. Get in!

They hadnt won in 6 before today.
Unbelievably they havent won 50% of their games in league this season.

True, but they could do with a draw today, while without a win we could not get too hopeful about stealing top four from them, and so not winning last six doesn’t mean as much for the game as not having lost for months (and not lost at all at home this season)
It’s VVD’s first game after a long time. So expect rustiness. But his presence alone made a big difference tonight
