Sublime finish from Darwin. He has missed a lot this season, and one of the criticisms has been the variety of finishing, as he has usually whacked it.
Well, that was a deft finish, not just a normal dink either, but a very high arc as the keeper stood tall. He has had a good half.
Brentford are fouling us quite a lot. They should have many more cards. Two injuries and the Jota one looks bad. If we have created a shortlist, and Thomas Frank is on it, then this grock shite disqualifies him. Next!

Hopefully both Curtis and Diogo are just impact injuries. Good to be goal up, but need see this game out. Maupay winning cheap free kicks, so need to be wary of that.
Mac to step up his game a tenfold, Ibou at times is really good and other times looks all over the place…needs to stop tugging/wrestling with his man and focus on just defending.
Otherwise everyone else been pretty good.

Absolute shit show from Oliver first half. Two of ours off after tough challenges, but Maupay and Toney go down on the slightest of touches, and it’s a foul. Disgraceful.
Really shows our mettle that we are fighting for the title, with the pitches slanted so by the referees.
Hope Curtis isn’t serious, but the Jota injury looks awful. Time to step up Cody lad.

Who’s Gakpo replacing?
Given how delayed his reaction was the initial thought was it was just sore rather than injured. But given how badly he was struggling by the time he went off, then it doesnt look good. City is less than a month and I’d be shocked if he was back for that. Given the way he took that impact on the side of his knee, if we find out he wont play again this season I wouldnt be that surprised.
