This has felt like a draw for me since Everton scores. I donā€™t think we will lose, but I can see another Everton goal in this game. They are fighting well. We are having problems creating chances and with Evertonā€™s agressive defence. We are not able to play our game.
Also, I note that we are allowing Everton to succeed. Right now, there are lots of free kicks both ways, which plays into the hands of the Blues. Not a good game from us so far.

Diaz been missing since about Spurs away (I think heā€™s scored since then but the fact that itā€™s questionable shows how his current form pales in comparison to the start of the season).

Terrible refereeing but also some silly fouls by our players, great being competitive but use your nous.

Everton are relying on set pieces to get a foothold in the game, perfectly highlighted by their goal, even though the foul shouldnā€™t have been awarded.

Yepp, so far they have been rather successful at that. If I was their manager, I would be relatively happy with this half. They have stifled us pretty damn good.

He is out of form and Nunez suddenly looks better with good passes and runs. In a way we are lucky. Jota might do well more than Nunez here. He is skillful and tricky.
