Was slightly more enthused by Skyâs set up of Fabinho at CB with Gomez at RB but to be honest Milner being anywhere on the pitch today scares the living shit out of me.
Jones and Trent being back on the bench is a boost at least.
Looks like we are back to the new set up again. Salah and Jota wide and Firmino deep, so no one really playing on the shoulder; can already see the funnel passing lanes with nothing through the middle.
The right side with Milner as RB, will Elliott play this new free roaming role out wide that leaves us open on the counter.
I would have rather we played the 4-2-3-1 with Robbo and Tsimi, just looked a lot more solid and compact and crucially had a focal point.

UghâŚMilner is going to have a long day. A 36-year old playing right back and getting defensive cover from Elliott and Salah, who between the two of them have attempted perhaps 3 tackles since August.
