Saving him for a game we have a better chance of winning on Wednesday.
Easiest game of the season for me. Nobody ( me included ) thinks we can win this so there is no pressure. I am so spoilt by the team winning every single fucking trophy that i can take a bad period. Just make it hard for them and wear the red shirts with pride.
That said : 3:2 for us
They only have one win here in 19 years.
We do not have anyone else available at RB (where Milner is 4th choice). Trent obviously not ready to start yet, Gomez has to play at CB due to Konateās absence, Ramsay is injured. It is not like we have not done anything in that regard in the summer (the club brought Ramsay in!). The only alternative would be Phillips at CB and Gomez RB. Besides, as a 4th choice at RB, Milner is still okay.
Looks like everyone is confident of a result on this one, thenā¦
Heās a warm body, I get that, but a 36-year-old shouldnāt be the ānext man upā in those situations.
Itās Anfield. I have hope! Weāll do this. BELIEVE.
When it comes to football i am a romantic, unfortunately. So i am angry when i read that Milner gets slaughtered here before the game starts.
See u at HT
Coward
Stay here for the fallout
Yes itās sad but we are going to get slaughtered on that side of the pitch as usual.
Ok, followed the routine, well 2 of 3, with @GermanRed opening the thread. Actually 1 for 3, need to stay off here for the game. Later.
Itās about to be 20 years
At least fucking turn up and show some fight.
Salah centrally, Harvey right
My wife just said, "oh thereās that player we like ", when Haarlandās picture came up.
Yeah, I mean I loved him at Dortmund. Wished heād bloody stayed.
Akanji hasnāt really been tested yet this season Letās change that.
I understand the feelings of some, those who find it only acceptable to have blind faith and confidence. Fans will be fans. But Iām not comfortable with that based on Liverpoolās form and that of Manchester City. And when I have low expectations, winning, if we do, will feel a lot better.
Maybe that makes me a cunt in the eyes of some, but it is better for me to be a cunt than to rip my heart out again and again from disappointment. Because while i desperatly hope we win, my brain tells me we will probably not. This is based on watching us this season and watching several of Cityās games and I am comfortable with expecting very little in terms of result.
Liverpool players trying their best and playing with pride is enough. Then letās see come the end of the game what the goal tally is.
Oh my gawdā¦I need the loo again
Getting the prayer beads out.
