I may change and get FUBO. I stream DirecTV for all the channels and watch most footy on that. Then we have Paramount+ for the Champions League. Previously, ESPN+ was bundled in our Disney/Hulu streaming package. And on top of those we have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Peacock and one or two others … and a partridge in a pear tree.
A few years ago I ‘cut the cable’ so to speak, and moved to streaming platforms for everything. It seemed a good idea at the time. Since then, the prices of all have gone up a lot, and the services offered have splintered, and with this season’s FA Cup being on ESPN+ I only found out I no longer had it when I went to tune in to see the reds.
Ordinarily I would have just bought another streaming platform, but I find myself counting the cost and wondering whether or not to keep playing the game with buying more and more.
Bah humbug! FUBO could replace DirecTV for about the same price and I’d probably be better covered. I’ll look into it. Cheers.
