Im not a big fan of too many changes but im hoping to start the 2nd half with Jones and Bradley on. Trent has had a stinker but who i’d take off for Jones would be a spin of a coin. Mac has had a bad game whereas Szobo just hasn’t had any effect. Probably Jones for Mac just because of the yellow and the fact he always has a mistimed challeng in him
Brighton´s tactics are spot on, Slot has some work to do now, dissapointing so far.
were is @Alright_Now_Legend and @cynicaloldgit. we need them to insult somebody…
That was poor, but there’s just a goal in it so far so all to play for. Our front press has been off, and Brighton have found it easy to play through it.
The goal from Brighton was a perfect shot, much the in the same way the Forest goal came about in the home loss.
You suck
Unfortunately you can’t judge our forwards on that display, so just Jones and Bradley for now, 100% Bradley.
@jabu , you’re a complete and utter wankstain.
Better?
Szobo - shit
Mac - shit
Trent - all over the place and shit
Gakpo - nothing there
Salah - nothing there
Kelleher and Kostas can keep their heads up.
Disappointing half. Come on Reds, raise hell.
Fuck me, I wouldn’t be surprised if RM will just go for Frimpong instead, leaving TAA high and dry. Barca looks really stable at RB and I dun think they will want to displace Koundes from that area.
The only place I see Trent being able to be first choice would be Bayern and Bayer Leverkusen…
PSG can have him on that display.
He just don’t seem bothered
more more damnit!!

We have to improve especially in MF to get anything out of this game.
There’re too many leakages in the pressing system and some of it is coming from the initial positioning and some from the work rate.
I think our attack needs Lucho
Brighton wants it more than us. A lot of misplaced passes and never in control so far. Need some changes second half.
TAA, Mac have been poor. Lucky we’re 0-1 down only.
Our approach play needs tweaking. We should come out stronger in the second. Bournemouth, Newcastle and Brighton all scoring early in the first half.
First thing is to cut out the silly mistakes.
They in a perpetual motion loop of insulting each other.
Frimpong and Kerkez for me.
Brighton get a lot of credit for that half. They are a very good footballing side and they had more intensity than we had too. On our side that is a disappointment, as you have to match the effort.
Tactically they cut through us too much too. MacAllister is a smashing player but his athletic attributes are not his strongest suit, and he is getting overrun a bit. To be fair they have fouled him loads all game, and it is ridiculous that he is the one who is going in on a yellow.
We’ve had quite a few off their game but I want to pick Trent out. If you don’t sign a new deal you simply have to show up and give your all, or your performance will be interpreted against that backdrop. He has so much talent but that was lackadaisical from him, so many missed passes. It might cast the die for a Real Madrid move, if it isn’t already sorted, but I would hook him. Tell him in no uncertain terms he is better than this, and we must see his true level, not this crap.
Changes?
Curtis for MacAllister (could be Szobo, but I think Macca has not been getting much joy there today) and Diaz for Gakpo. Then let’s see how we go.
Konate is a concern. He slipped and landed hard. Hope his shoulder isn’t dislocated, or his wrist broken.
Forest and now Brighton. Slot has his work cut out for him. After that dreadful first half performance from our best players, we need a miracle.
The press has beaten several times with Estupian having way too much room down Salah’s side
