I hate seeing my team like this…I’ll never stop supporting them…but we can only summise what happens in training, in the dressing room, and on the pitch…why do we capitulate…and look like lost sheep running round…in the ‘new’ managerial setup…we need a motivational kick up the arse man…yes I’m grasping at straws…but why oh why are we not confident enough to score, to win…we’ll probably never know…

Has scored 7 league goals, 1 CL goal, 0 UEL goal, has 5 PL assists, 5 CL assist and 2 UEL Assists.
Which translates to 0.08 goals per game and 0.121 assists per game.
With this stats, how is he fit to be a starting midfielder for LFC when he can only assists once in 10 games and scores once every 20 games?

Probably in those crap runs last year and in 20-21.
It’s probably the latter as that was particularly bad.

You say this like the other chances were not from similarly close distance. The others also all had the advantage of facing goal and not having to take a snap shot on a bouncing ball.
Darwin was shit today but to single his chance out as being the worst miss is just picking on a guy you have a pre written narrative against
