That’s a stone wall red

That’s absolutely wild, he was reckless and purposefully followed through to get Mac Allister. It’s one of the clearest red cards you’ll ever see - for anyone who isn’t an Everton captain playing in a derby. Disgusting once again.

Of course Lee Dixon says it wasn’t even a foul.

I can’t even watch the replays. I know there’s mitigation (got the ball) but gut feel is red. Macca is up.

Decent enough effort but got to get those on target.

Exactly the ref gets one look but there is absolutely no excuse from VAR.

Var

what a fucking joke. if Jones was a red last yar, then that HAS to be the same.

That is excatly my opinion as well, excessive force!!!

Fucking hell. After having watched that horror tackle from Tarkovski, I won’t lose my time watching more of this game, but I still need to vent: these matches against Everton are always absolute bullshit.

Good night.

Red all day. Awful free kick follows

Even Neville said straight away it was a red

Bright side is that they have a CB on a yellow for 75 minutes. Doesn’t change the scandalous decision.

Seems the obvious bus parking and rely on a set piece and counter and include as much dog acts as possible.

For two non-contact “fouls” that the Everton player dives over.

Now he’ll get away with a stone wall yellow

For sure you’d want to get some pressure on him and force another mistake, but I wouldn’t want to be the one getting the kicking!
