This will be one of those tougher than expected games which we should win, but it won’t be straightforward.
• The defence isn’t as solid as earlier in the season. Can’t wait to see Ibou back.
• The midfield is at its strongest with Macca.
• The Darwin conundrum.
After this we have time for Jota, Tsimi etc to get back to match fitness, which will be helpful over Xmas period.
Three points no matter how.

Main point from the presser (missed bits due to dodgy stream):
- The inevitable contract question that he laughed off.
- Praise for Mo Salah.
- Highlighting a few positives about midweek. Second half better than first, but not happy about display. Need better performance against Fulham.
- Fulham is a strong side defensively.
- Alisson hoped to be back for the long term now.
- Nunez does have impact in his workrate. Players need support from fans when things not going well.
- Jota may be in squad. Possibly Chiesa as well.
- Asked about Chelsea’s title chanecs: he felt they were the better team in our game.
- Commented on London clubs not having to travel as much as Liverpool.
- I think he was asked about when Chiesa would get game time. Possibly League Cup vs Southampton?
- Thinks players needed Winter break. His family will be over for Christmas.
