Alisson slipped because he was wrong footed by the pass. It’s that simple.
Gomez’ pass should be going out for a corner if Alisson doesn’t touch it, not square across the box.

My biggest worry now is how this affects Ali and Joes confidence, Joe seems to fall apart quickly after a mistake. I’d almost rather Joe think of it as an Ali mistake and vice versa
