Brilliant, just brilliant.

With five subs, and all the attacking power we have, it won’t just be about who starts. Too much will be made of who starts, but it will be what happens to the whole group.

Darwin came in and was a real threat. He was excellent. Got his goal, could have had another, fast, strong, threat in the air, the lot. But… I’m not overlooking Firmino’s role. He played well for an hour, and in its own way it set the groundwork for Darwin to come in and do his thing.

The squad we have is frightening.

He’s going straight to the tattoo parlour to get that inked

ECL is irrelevant but I wish we would have won the Europa League final against Seville.

Perling Paaland.

P stands for pissed in this context.

Klopp celebrating yet ITV showing me Pep and Haaland standing there

I am 100% working hard to convince myself of it, but I today was an illustration of how different City play to everyside Haaland has ever played on. He has always played on teams who get the ball forward to him quickly, and today you saw such a disconnect with that. On at least 2 occasions he went for a run earlier than anyone was ready to give it to him and then was WAY out of position by the time they were ready to make the pass. Sure, they can adapt with time, but unless City as a team change to his style there is the prospect that he will continue to be in a side who simply dont do the things that has allowed him to be so succesful so far.

16 games before mid-Nov and that fecking abomination in Qatar.

My feeling is that he will scores goals when he is on the pitch. The issue though, is he has rarely managed more than 20 league games in a season and has yet to come up against the physicality of the Premier League, so I wonder how many games will City manage to get out him?

How dare you despoil a legend like that!

The Loon is the clearest example of ‘didn’t want to win it anyway’ I have ever seen.
