All of this. The more slate Ox gets the further I dig in to defend him. There is still a player in there. But specifically to your point Walshy, he does look like he’s struggling mightily with confidence and my heart breaks for him he’s usually effervescent.

Ox can’t compete with the young Turks at the club these days. The injuries have taken their toll sadly.

He’s banging a little mix, just become a father for the first time, earning bags every week, won a medal the other week.

It’s not about that. He hadn’t started 1 big game this season.
He puts himself under too much pressure when he does start. His passes go astray, shooting and crossing are poor.
It’s like he thinks he has to have a worldie every time he starts so the moment a pass gets misplaced his head goes.
Look at his face. He isn’t enjoying his football.
